Meet Justin Chace
Justin Chace is an author, speaker, coach, a college athlete who has gone on a journey to become the best version of himself.
"My name is Andrew Justin Chace Barndt. I have a mechanical engineering degree from George Fox University. I'm a small-town country boy. It all began in Montana, where my heart was wild and free, where I always loved being outside longing for adventures and sought to live a life that was Fun Adventurous and Random."
Whenever he was asked what he wanted to do when he was older, it was always in the back of Justin's mind that all he wanted was to bring joy to people.
"I wished that others could just enjoy life and have that hope."
With this dream still in the recesses of his mind, he went down the school route and completed a degree in engineering.
"Am I perfect and have it all together? Absolutely not! There have been so many ups and downs in my life that I hope to inspire one person. If that is possible then all of the pain and struggle would be worth it."
As we begin our journey, I want you to embrace these truths:
• You’re incredible even when you feel you’re not.
• You might feel lost now, but great things are coming your way.
• You're stronger than you think, and you have a lot to accomplish!
• Don’t give up.
• Remember, you matter, and you’re not alone.
• You are enough, and you are loved my friend.
With gratitude your friend, Justin “Ace” Chace
Justin has INVESTED HUNDREDS OF HOURS into his learning and personal growth process.
Take a second and let that sink in.
In order to get good at anything, it takes time energy and effort. Look up the “10,000 hour TED Talk”
"I have had the opportunity and pleasure of reading hundreds of different books on mindset and on leadership, and I have invested thousands of dollars into different coaching and training courses in order to help get me to that next level."
Now you are probably thinking “Justin, I hate reading and could never read that much!” Funny thing is, ask anyone that knew Justin before this transition began taking place, they would all tell you that he would be the last person to be reading.
Everything changed when he got into a car accident which totaled his car. Unable to work due to pain and injury. Even to the point of being homeless and living out of his neighbor’s car as he was unable to afford a one of his own.
"It was at that moment, sitting in the front seat of the car, freezing and attempting to sleep in the wet cold car, that I realized I didn't want to be stuck there.
I knew that my thinking had gotten me here, so In order to go to the next level I needed a different input."
It was this that caused Justin to seek after a coach, a mentor, or someone who could help speak life back into him and show him how to set all of the fractures back into their proper place.
Jim Kwik (“The guy with the broken brain.”) Tony Robbins (number one motivational speaker of our time.) Tim Ferriss (author of the Four-Hour Work Week, Tools of Titans, and the Four Hour Body.) ET (the Ethiopian Preacher.) It was these people whom began to speak into me even though they were not there. However, the accountability and two-way relationship is what I was missing.
Justin learned a lot from YouTube and their videos; however, they did not know him personally. That is why he became a coach to help athletes become leaders and Just Strt loving their life.
